Bay windows consist of a picture window at the centre with two different windows on both sides. A bow window uses the same style of window in each section, and the whole structure is rounded.
Bow windows are typically much more expensive than bay windows. Bow windows are usually twice as large as bay windows, which raises the price. Plus, bow installation is usually more complicated.
