Sitting beautifully flush inside and out, they are designed to fit your unique requirements, with a variety of styles, hardware, and colours on offer. You can achieve a timber look with an authentic woodgrain effect but also opt for a minimalist colour for a more modern appearance. Produced using exceptional modern PVCu, R7 windows consist of seven individual chambers inside the frame, a notable upgrade from the industry standard three or five, majorly increasing your home’s thermal efficiency.

Choice of glazing beads

Glazing beads work to secure your glass, but they can also determine your internal aesthetic. This makes R7 unique, as you can choose from three designs, square, decorative, or staff. The glazing beads are 28mm for double glazing or 44mm for triple glazing.

Hardware options designed to last

The regal hardware range used on R7 window frames is available in nine beautiful, hard-wearing finishes. Colour options include gold, satin chrome, black, and graphite, meaning there will be something to suit your home. Choices like pear drop and monkey tail handles add great character to your property, whilst being incredibly secure and durable.

    Low Maintenance Windows

    At Windows & Doors 2 You, we understand that in today’s fast-paced world, finding time to regularly maintain and look after your windows is tricky. That’s why we install window frames from the Residence collection, as they are durable but also quick and easy to clean thanks to the innovative PVCu. No painting, sanding, or staining is required, and all you’ll need to do to keep your windows looking as good as new is to give them an occasional wipe with warm soapy water.

    A very strong 9.5 ….. Competitive price, overall fantastic job . Good team and comms lead by Matt and Sam and Joe and Rich did a great job of the installation. A few minor points were dealt with in a “customer comes first” attitude on site by Joe. Based on what I have seen to date and I expect a good service and results , I would highly recommend .

The quality of the windows and door is excellent. There was no mess left any where. They really took their time to ensure they left the house as clean as they found it.     What material is used for Residence 7 window frames?

    Residence 7 windows are manufactured together using the latest PVCu. As well as being an excellent insulating material, durable, customisable, and secure, it’s also fully recyclable.

    What’s the difference between Residence 7 and Residence 9 window frames?

    Both offer excellent energy performance and a variety of colours options. But the main difference is that Residence 9 windows have nine chambers compared to the seven found in Residence 7 windows, making them slightly more thermally efficient. Residence 7 have a narrower profile, but a wider variety of corner join and colour options. Residence 7 also has a fully flush profile on the inside and outside, whilst Residence 9 only has a flush appearance on the exterior.
