David joined the team in 2019 after coming out of retirement to help Mat with the day to day running. David played a key role in the company obtaining its ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation. David also makes a cracking cup of tea!
Fitter
Joe originally started with the team on a Sub Contractors basis in 2022 and in 2023 became the companies first employed fitter after showing fantastic loyalty. Joe has a vast knowledge on fitting but also comes from a fabrication background too. Joe often gets mentioned in our customers reviews for the high quality workmanship, tidiness & politeness.
Director
Mat had the dream, and the dream became reality. Originally working from his living room to now operating out of a 4500ft unit on Hortonwood. Mat set up Windows & Doors 2 You with the goal to break the stigma around Double Glazing companies, and to be different to the other companies by not carrying out any pressure selling and to be known for the quality of the products and service the whole team provide.
Fitters Mate
Rich joined the team in 2024 as Joe's 'Fitters Mate' as a result of the company's growth and efforts to reduce installation lead times. Rich also has a fabrication background from many years fabricating windows & doors.
Office Manager
Sam joined the company in 2021, bringing her previous knowledge of the industry when she used to work alongside Mat at a previous company. Sam is the rock of the company and ensures the company runs smoothly by managing the whole team and liaising with the fitting team.
